It is usually served with sambhar and coconut chutney. /nIngredients Semolina flour, rice flour, hydrogenated vegetable oil, salt, raising agents (citric acid, sodium bicarbonate), sesame seed powder, cumin seed powder and permitted anti-oxidant E320. /nHow to Use Mix the contents of the 200g pack with 525 ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 mins. Evenly grease a non-stick tava/griddle and heat on a medium flame. Pour 75 ml batter rapidly from centre to outward edge of tava/griddle in a circular motion. Dot the edges of the pancake with a little oil and fry for 2 mins until golden brown. Flip the Dosai over and fry the other side for 1 min. Fold and remove using spatula. Repeat from step 2 for next Dosai.
